How do I know which hair color suits my own hair?

It's always a challenge to match and choose hair colors so the absolutely best way of getting a matching color is if you can send a small piece of your own hair to us so that we can choose the color which is closest to your own hair (or somewhat darker/lighter if you prefer it). If you can't do this a photograph of your hair can be of some help to us, but then it's very important to take the photo outdoors in normal daylight. Remember to tag the hair or photo with your name, phone number and email address.

If you notice that the color doesn't look like you thought after you have received the hair, you can of course return the hair to us - read more under terms and infomration.

Is it possible to color the hair?

Since all colored and bleeched (blond) hair already has undergone chemical processing we unfortunately have to advice against coloring or bleeching the hair further. All coloring and bleeching is therefore performed at your own risk! If you still want to give it a try we recommend you to consult a professional hair dresser and preferrably ask them for help since they have experience and access to professional coloring products.

Why don't you have all colors and lengths on stock?

We are a relatively new company and will try to increase our stock continuously. Our ambintion is to to try to have three brown and three blond colors in the lengths 16"/40 cm, 20"/50 cm and 24"/60 cm on stock. If we notice that other colors or lengths become popular we will try to keep them on stock as well - please contact us with your requests.

Why does the straight hair look wavy?

We only sell 100% real Indian hair of the highest quality. This hair is often called Indian temple hair of virgin remy quality since it has been donated by women in a religous ceremony in one of the temples in India.

Virgin means that the hair never has been exposed to chemical processing like coloring or straightening. Instead, the hair is been cared for with great attention and natural products, which results in a hair of very high quality.

Remy means that the all the hair strands are oriented in the same direction, the roots upwards and the tips downards, which is important to avoid problems with tangling hair.

Our colored hair is of the same high virgin remy quality from the start but has then been carefully colored to some of the colors we offer. This hair is only called remy since it no longer is un-processed.

Indian temple hair of very high quality has mostly been used by actresses, artists and other people with the possibility to spend a lot of money on their hair. Our ambition is to change this and give everyone who wants a possibility to experience this amazing hair!

Are there different types of real hair?

There are a huge number of factors which affects the quality of the hair and even more which affects the quality of the resulting hair extension product. The biggest difference is if the hair which is used to manufacture the extensions is dead or living hair, that is if it is hair that has fallen from the head when the woman brushes hair hair of if it has been cut from the head when she donates it in the temple.

The quality of the hair also varies between different women and also from a single woman - some strands of hair are simply of lesser quality than others.

Some of the factors which affect the quality of the hair extension product is how thin and strong the seamline in a weft is or how well prepared the keratin tips in a fusion product are.

Since not everybody is as interested in hair as we are, we won't tire you with any more details, but instead ensure you that we have done everything possible in order to be able to offer the best quality.

Why use real hair instead of syntethic hair?

The biggest advantage of using real hair is that it feels and looks like your own hair, but also that it can be treated and styled more or less as your own hair. Other advantages are that the hair will last considerably longer, especially if you care for it as lovingly as your own hair.

Does extensions wear on my own hair?

If your extensions are attached in a professional way the wearing is minimal. A lot of people who are using keratin fusion extensions get afraid when they removed the extensions since some of their own hair is lost when the extension is removed. All people loose some hair every day, but when you are using keratin extensions this hair won't fall to the ground or get stuck in a hair brush as usual but will remain attached to the keratin fusion tip. It's therefore fully normal that some of your own hair is lost when you remove the keratin extension.

The same applies to machine wefts which are attached to cornrows. When you remove the weft and un-braids the cornrow some of your own hair, which has been naturally lost while you were wearing cornrows, will come loose. The reason for why you haven't been loosing any hair while wearing cornrows is that the hair has been braided tightly in the cornrows.
