A brilliant master glass-maker, in 1907 he becomes the partner of the perfumer Francois Coty for the creation of his flacons.
The success of their collaboration led to new developments with the famous perfumers of the 1920's and the 1930's: Roger and Gallet, Houbigant, Molyneux, d'Orsay, Molinard, Worth... Rene Lalique remained faithful to the philosophy of the Art Nouveau movement, aiming to balance the needs of Art and Industry.
Lalique is the brand synonymous with excellence in crystal and jewellery.
